You’re not alone

As a church, we’re committed to becoming like Jesus in every area of our life - spiritual, mental, and emotional.

The conversation around mental health can be confusing and intimidating, but one thing we know for sure: God created our minds, and there is nothing that we walk through that is outside the scope of His power and care.

This Spring, we’ll be diving into a six-week series on several aspects of mental health. We hope you’ll join us as we cover the following topics:

April 12: Mental Illness & Faith
April 19: Anxiety
April 26: Family of Origin
May 3: Grief
May 24: Depression
May 31: Journey to Healing
