Our Leadership Board and Executive Team want to come alongside you and help you grow in your relationship with Jesus so you can help grow His kingdom!

LeaderTrack is a discipleship opportunity for high-capacity leaders to grow in their faith and leadership. Candidates will be trained with our Beach Church DNA in an effort to prepare them to lead major initiatives in our church. They will meet monthly for 3-4 hours from March through November - eating, praying, and learning together. Before each session, they will be assigned homework (podcasts, books, etc.) which will range from 2-5 hours per week.
